The hours for the lobby seems to not apply to the employees of this location. I was there from 6:58am awaiting the lobby to be opened and until 7:20, they still didn't open. This is horrible
I would like my mail and my sons held at the post office it has been stolen by carat and bentil family the mailbox has been ripped off and I lived here for 20 years without a problem

A package was expectedly, but really not delivered, to my address on 12/22/21. This is the package's tracking number 9405511108296305487172. Please investigate and send me a reply this time. This is the second occurrence of such happening.

I accidentally put the incorrect zip code on a package. It was sent to queens village post office. Called the post office and spoke to Jeff Hayes. Mr Hayes promptly redirected my package. Thank You very much for your help. You handled this problem very professionally.
I’m sick of this post office stealing packages. Delivered left on porch bull shit. If it’s something worth taking the mail person takes it. Yeah Delma stop stealing people shit! TF I hope I get caught because it’s a federal offense !
It is 8:15 am on 7/29/19. The lobby of the Queens Village Post Office is closed when it should open at 7:00 am.
Can't clear my mail box before going to work.
There is no evidence of employees inside.
There is always a reliability problem at this Postal branch.
Package wasnt delivered and now is not at the post office. Worst place ever. Got a call saying it would be investigated and never heard anything back so now I lose money cause these retards cant do their job or answer their phone. If I wasn't 12hrs away they would have bigger issues. Guess they will let anyone dumbass work at this location.
MY PACKAGE WAS BOUGHT TO MY HOUSE THURSDAY APRIL 25 2019 AND I WAS TOLD THEY LEFT A PICK UP SLIP, WHILE I WAS SITTING IN MY HOUSE. MY CAMERAS SHOW THE MAIL MAN PUTTING MAIL IN THE BOX NO PACKAGE OR SLIP. IT WAS FROM QVC. WENT TO THE POST OFFICE WITH A TRACKING NUMBER MONDAY APRIL 29TH NOT THERE, I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD CALL ME THAT DAY . WELL TODAY IS WEDNESDAY MAY 1, 2019. I,LL BE THERE TODAY TO SEE IF THEY FOUND MY PACKAGE.NO CALL YET FROM THEM. SOMETHING BOGUS IS GOING ON WITH THIS POST OFFICE THEY COULDN'T FIND MY PASSPORT THAT WAS PROVEN TO BE DELIVERED THERE A FEW YEARS AGO.WHO'S CHECKING THIS PLACE OUT. AND THEY DO NOT ANSWER THERE PHONES
Horrible with answering the phone..They continuesly hang the phone up on you..Mail delivery has declined. This place should be reposted to the Postmaster General. I will be the one to do it!!! Will get signatures of unhappy customers. Hire more carriers that want to work! They abandon the mail when they don't feel like delivery it. Experienced postal worker! Mailhandler
