I placed my outgoing mail in my mailbox monday evening. Instead of taking the outgoing mail, the letter carrier places the incoming mail on top of the outgoing. The mailbox is rectangular shape and it is very easy to see the outgoing mail when you open the box. It has been a pattern all this week. Has there been a change in policy of taking outgoing mail?

Tuesday, 11/30/21 the front door was locked at 8:25am. We are supposed to have access to our p.o. boxes at 7:00am. Today is not a holiday, so why was it closed?

Not sure of your protocol however my neighbor at 22 Susan Lane has been gone for several months and the mail continues to back up fall out of the mail box and blow all over the area. I think the stuffing the mailbox may stop at some point.

I was notified my certified mail ( a card) was placed in my mail box. I signed the card and placed it back in my mail box for me to receive the package. The certified card was taken by the post man but, the package was not left. Now I have no certified card or the package. Please advise. Nina Boyd, 37 Alden Road, Poughkeepsie, NY 12603

It’s now 7:50 P.M.. I had mail in my box to be picked up. I put it in at 6:00 A.M.. We did not get mail today. I just brought it back to the house. Last week it came variously between 11:30 and 6:45. I don’t understand it. 8 Scenic Hill Drive, Poughkeepsie, NY 12603.

The worst mail service you can ever get . Avoid sending or receiving anything in 12603 area you cant get an manger or even the post master to return your calls. His VM box is always full. My mail is missing or I get wrong mail. Found my mail in a snow bank Friday. Known issue with the route mail man Alonso yet after 8+ years of the this he still get his government paycheck. If you live in the area complain to any one you can. I'm now looking to the attorney general because I have no where else to turn to.
