Leaving people's personal mail on the wide open shelf where anyone can grab it... insurance documens, credit card statements, letters of forgivness, even a license at one point??
So basically, if someone's name isn't on a mail box, NOT required by the USPS, your logic is to drop it where anyone can grab it? I mean, its not illegal to pick it up because it's not in a box right?

TWICE I tried to have a prescription delivered to me through this post office and TWICE it was never delivered to me. I think they need to investigate the employees to see who is stealing drugs. I'm getting a runaround with the PO pointing fingers. In the meantime I am NOT RECEIVING IMPORTANT MEDICATIONS! What kind of an operation are you running in Peekskill?
I received my package or correspondence completely without anything broken inside it seemed that the thieves stole it from the postal service department I steal it so I raise my voice to get back what they stole
My regular mail guy is the best.However, whenever he is off we don’t get our mail or packages. The substitute mail person lies and says that they dropped off packages when they never even came up the road peekskill’s got to fix this situation. it has been going on for years.
Since our postman retired (Arty) The delivery of mail has not been inconsistent. I get emails stating what mail I am getting for the day and some days the mail is not delivered or is missing a piece. In the past two weeks two days were no delivery and this has been an ongoing situation! When Art was with us, it was such a pleasure to see him with that great big smile and greeting. When you call the post office about situations you just get excuses. Not happy.
Ongoing problems with Peekskill Post Office. Multiple packages lost and never found. My amazon delivery was supposedly delivered today. Looked in the front of building and back no where to be found. Sickening. Hire people that can READ!!!!
Yesterday I received a notification from Amazon that a package could not be deliever rd because the address was incorrect. I complained to them that for years Amazon packages were delivered to the shipping address.
Today the package was dumped at the end of my driveway .
Always unless the package Dior not fit in the mailbox it would be dropped at the door.
It seems that yesterday because it was raining there was an address problem. Today it's laziness or because I complained the package wS dumped in the road both are unacceptable.
I also yesterday 11/9/2017 had a package delivered by Amazon to the local Peekskill Post Office and they delivered it to someone else. This is a disgrace. Can these people read. Hire people that can read and know their job. This is costing people lots of money to lose mail and packages, This is an ongoing problem that must be addressed. Very sad and displeased.
