Had my driveway sealed yesterday and despite signs in place sub mailman drove onto wet survive then walked on it causing damage pi’s available from my door camera, how do I file a complaint and and claim for damages.

Mail delivered soaked, gift box tore open, mail so bad it fell apart, items in gift box all wet, disgusting, the mail man have his head up his butt! Who deliveries mail in such condition?

I have been trying for 2 weeks to get a phone call answered and not been successful I need to pay my box #1513 and with COVID can not reach anyone. My box is1513 at 615 Main Street,Niagara falls new York. Please advise before I lose my box with all my mail.

This is ridiculous they wonder why people use emails instead of the US Post Office this is why I've been calling the Main Street office for two days straight and no one will answer if they do they hang up right away do your job that you're getting paid for all that money or else you can go down to minimum wage because you are sure the hell not doing your job I've had mail in my mailbox for 3 days and they keep putting mail on top of it but they won't take the letters I think I'll call the news station
I've called all morning and no one at the Main St. Post Office will answer. I changed my brothers address 10 days ago because he passed away and the mail still has yet to be redirected!
The people who are hired to deliver the mail are not in the least bit competent...They require us to put names on the box yet they deliver mail belonging to others and they have no idea as to the fact there are 2 boxes. I also wonder when they deliver packages if they even bother to knock on the door instead of leaving the items where ever they feel like.
Do not trust this post office with any delivery, a item of $200 i sent was supposedly delivered by them,. They simply marked down as delivered but they recipient said it was never delivered, even though they had someone was at the house 24/7. Called the manager and she simply said there's nothing she could do about it. So i advise do not trust them with any valuable items,!
