I get packages every week. I live in Newfane, NY. The packages that I get are very fragile. I have received several items broken. Including one just yesterday. I have witnessed the female carrier throw boxes to the front of her jeep from the rear several times. " Not my packages" Yesterday I was able to hear her drop the box in my driveway from inside my house. Instead of the box being carefully placed on the ground. Something is wrong when I receive so many broken items. It is the sellers responsibility to put in a claim so I do not know how many actually do and how many do not. Since I get so many packages delivered via the USPS I want to remain anonymous. I do not want any retaliation. It was suggested that I video tape the carrier to show her disregard for customers packages. All I am asking is that your carriers are reminded to handle all packages with care. If I continue to receive broken items I will be forced to report this to the inspector general. There is no reason that I should receive this many broken items. These items are well packed with bubble wrap and other packing materials in the boxes. I make sure all the senders are aware of the issues that I have been having so they take extra care in packing. Thank you for your time.
