my experience has always been positive except for a few of the clerks, by name on the pick up window Rose goes out of her way to help However I was writing to say due to the COVID 19- I may of missed my box deadline OF MARCH 31 do not want to have my mail, MY BOX 347 my number is 917 922 3205 Thank You Florence Mohammed

The mail system in NYC is a sad, pathetic joke. It is astonishing at times at how downright unreliable it can be. Mailed a letter Dec. 21 at Post Office to be delivered to the UWS - received Jan. 10th! Mail that clearly has the correct name and address is RETURNED to SENDER. This is what we're dealing with in NYC. Whoever oversees the mail operation in NYC should be fired. This branch, in general, makes an effort. However, we've had to talk to a supervisor on more than one occasion for the issues stated (and others). Frustrating.

I keep calling this post office in working hours but no one answers the phone....and it keeps getting cut off. I have an emergency, my passport has been lost in the USPS mail since December, and I need a letter from USPS stating that.
