The workers at this post office are rude and they never pick up the office telephone. The carriers are always losing mail and if the mailbox is broken the carrier continues to leave the mail in the box. Simply outrageous!

I am property manager for building located at 185 Park Row Ny Ny 10038 I have been trying to contact the post master general at the number given for Peck Slip Station but no one picks up the phone. The building will be doing a lobby renovation and will need to move the mail boxes for our shareholders to an outdoor location during the renovation is this possible ? please have someone [number removed]

Lousy Post Office. The manager refuses to fire carriers who refuse to deliver packages (to an official USPO oversize official lock-box, or to the apartment) then write up falsified notices claiming delivery was attempted. The problem is long-term and constant. Replace bad manager.
