Have not received any mail for over a month and went to post office and thry did not have any mail for me tbere, evwn though informed delivery showed I had mail. Noticed blue tape was put over the top of my box where mail person drops mail in. Lousy service since Dejoy has been sabotaging our treasured Postal svc. Extremely angey as I am missing tax documents. Dejoy is corrupt and must be removed.

I had a Mail Hold placed October 10 through October 19, 2018. As I am enlisted in "Informed Delivery Digest", I am informed of what pieces of mail I can expect on any given day. As far as I can ascertain, I received none of my mail that was held October 10-October 15.

Doing business in the Old Chelsea Post office on West 18 street was a pleasure. The ladies in the lobby and behind the windows were professional and pleasant and knew exactly how to answer my questions. 5 stars
