Concurring with all of the comments. I moved back into this neighborhood where I lived for years and am still having problems with getting packages delivered here. The service is unreliable, the staff is rude and incompetent when you go into the post office to try to find you package. And I still have mail being delivered to my box from people who lived in my apartment over 4 years ago and have forwarded their mail. It's like this post office doesn't participate in USPS mail forwarding or change of address protocols at all. The place needs a complete overhaul and new management.

This post office is the worst that I have ever used. Packages are routinely listed as"delivered" when they haven't been. Sometimes, they sow up five or six days after they were listed as delivered or other times a notice would be left saying they would return the package if its not picked up. Then when yo go tot the post office and wait in line (there is ALWAYS a line) you are told that the item is not there-Where is it? they don't know but to return the next day for another fourty five minute wait in line to be told to return again after two o'clock. There have been complaints to the postal inspector, to congressmen and nothing ever changes with this branch. I currently have a package that has been at their ISC for over thirty days. Three weeks ago after I made an inquiry about the whereabouts of this package I received an email from the post office telling me that they had started an investigation into the where abouts of the package. They never responded with the outcome of their investigation.

The post office at Hamilton Grange on West 141st Street is the worst in the US! Where do they find the people who work there? How is it possible to have such slow and incompetent employees and to also have so few!

Hamilton Grange Station is the worst postal station I have ever seen. Packages are never delivery. Even if priority mail express they never bring the package and when tracking package shows up like they have delivered couple of times and this never happened. Very disappointed with USPS. Will try next time another carrier.
