Postal worker Brian stamps the package as having an incorrect address "undeliverable." It's not. And 5 days before Christmas, my package is returned to sender. Less than twelve hours, after multiple phone calls, I physically go into a small town post office to encounter one of the rudest, shortest-tempered postal employees I've ever met. The national USPS call center tried to be kind & helpful, and Brian huffed, shrugged and sent me on my way with, "I have 200 packages a day to take care of. I can't worry about one single package." He probably should work in New York City. He'd fit right in with the bad attitudes there.

Awful! Machine is broken and package gets sent to wrong zip code and the postal worker shrugs. No wonder USPS is bankrupt.
