My mail which is mostly bills have been placed in other mailboxes ! Who ever is serving heather wood community is a failure

Mail delivery and pick up of outgoing g mail is terrible . Found several pieces of mail on ground belonging to my neighbor. Personally I mailed to checks which were never received and had to pau heavy late fees and write additional checks it has cost me over fifty dollars in late fees !!!!!!!this is intolerable. Calls to this post office not answer I guess they are tired of making up apologies
