The woman I spoke to can't remember her name.But she was super nice & kind & friendly & very, very helpful w/ my package issue delivery. And said we contact U. I really like this. POST OFFICE MANCHESTER, NY POST OFFICE. I live in Greece, NY. Great people.And the UPS man that I spoke to was super nice, friendly, kind as well.🥰😄

I have been going to the Manchester for 11 years. Very friendly, helpful, and curtious. I used to work for the PO, so I know how important it is to give business to the small Post Offices.
New post master needed at Manchester N.Y. post office. Sandy is very rude and unfriendly. While 2nd in line at 4pm on a Friday afternoon. A busy time for all. Not only was I not acknowledged , postmaster had her smartphone out and going over her personal pics with someone she knew.inline in front of me. She is the only teller there. . RUDE!!. This is not the first time I had issues with Sandy. . I stopped in 2 months ago to buy stamps and I was greeted with a bad attitude. I don't know her personally so not sure why she is like that. Maybe she has been there long enough to think it's okay. And that her job is secure no matter what. If ran my business like that, I would be out of business. I will never go to that location again. And plan on going over her head with this. Uncalled for. Sincerely, frustrated postal custumer
As usual, I did not receive the services I paid for. Not sure who is manning the work stations, but so far I'm not impressed. Package, which I paid extra for and did not receive even though it says out for delivery...did not arrive. I expect a refund and more for the damages!!!!
