On Dec 14th I mailed out a few Christmas cards, all the people I sent to received their the cards England California and Long Island except two cards which had gift cards in them one was to Hauppauge Long Island and the other to Huger South Carolina I did put extra postage on the cards I would like to know what happened to them and what is going on with Lynbrook Post Office also in the summer I had ordered from a catalog I received a email from the company that my items had been shipped and they gave me a tracking number on the second day it was at Lynbrook post office the next day it was out for delivery I was home all day and nothing came that day or the next day I went back to the web site to track it again this time it said that it was in Valley Steam post office I never received the items but I was lucky to get a refund All I can say I think you have a big problem with stealing in your Post Office

I tried to have mail forwarded to me in Florida, for two months. The Lynbrook PO sent 80% of the mail there. Only problem: they sent ten first-class-postage letters back to the senders for things such as "incorrect address" and "no such street." These were random (and wrong) reasons. Each address was clear and correct as written. What a disgrace.

This has to be the absolute worst P.O. since Rich left. The Postmaster Carol is of little value. The phone is not answered and the new supervisors do not care to accommodate the customer. There is no wonder the P.O. is losing money. We take most of our business elsewhere.
