I love the people who work at this post office! I have a PO box here and get smiles and waves when I enter, sometimes they joke around, like laugh out loud jokes, they're great! So what if they don't know everything about passports, 10 years from now when you need to renew-go somewhere else. Gardiner PO Rocks!

The workers there dont know what they are saying regarding passport application. I waited 15 minutes in line fir nothing!!!

I came here saturday feb 7 @ 11am for passport application and the workers in the office at the desk dont know what they are talking. I ask the small lady at the 1st counter if i need to fall in line for passport application because the line was long and she said yes i need to fall in line and go to counter 3 for my turn which I did. When it was my time the guy at the 3rd counter said he is doing another applicant so u have to go to the 2nd counter for the other guy who serve there. He also told me that i have to do renewal of passport online for my 5 years old. So I went to the 2nd counter for the guy who serve there, i need to renew a passport for my 5 yrs old and apply for my 6 months old, the guy at the second counter said i cannot renew passport for my 5 years old online and it has to be there in the office however i need
