The staff is most helpful and deserve our support, but who in administration decided to reverse the drive-by mail boxes!! This was an efficient way to deposit your mail. At the holidays the boxes were quite often filled even before their frequent emptying times. Please turn at least 1 box around and make it easy for the less agile, the time pressed, and frequent flyers to your facility to mail a letter.

What happened to the three very useful outside drive-up post boxes? Now there are two new ones, which face the street, not where one drives the car. I had to stop, get out of my car, walk around to the front of the mail box, and insert my letter. Previously, I could just drive up to the box, put the letter in the slot that was facing my car, and leave. Why has the post office made this so inconvenient????
