5+ The Supervisor Sarah, and the workers did a big favor today for me and my family!!! We had appointment for renewal our kid's passports, we were driving an 1,5 hours from Brooklyn, to get to the other post office that we had appointment with, but 15 min before we arrive, they call us and said that Passport Clerk is sick, so they have to cancel our appointment... We got soooo upset... the other post office workers said we can go and try to fit in at the Roosevelt Mall post office, so we came there, and those people was so nice to take us between appointments that they had 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 May God Bless them!!! and it's so nice to know, that not all the kindness gone with all this situation around the world 🙏🏻!

We are located at 100 Garden City Plaza. There is a postman here whos' name is Rich. He has nothing but a vicious attitude. He throws mail on the floor, does not pick up out going mail. He is rude to EVERYONE. We respectfully request his job be changed. Please stop him from being a nasty man.

I have never encountered such unpleasant people. Passport hours of acceptance are 10-5 I arrived at 4 and was turned away by Ben and Lisa. They were rude. Mind you I was there yesterday as well only to be turned away again. Been said that I needed to be there by 2pm but the website hours are until 5. I have my children present and took off of work to be here. Now I have to take off again to come back tomorrow. I will lose wages for a third day because these employees lied and we're lazy. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I'm so disappointed.
