Elmsford mail carriers not wearing a mask or just simply wearing them under their chin when going door to door to deliver mail is just a little disturbing .

Horrible service! The local post office doesn't answer the phone. Package was NOT delivered, but was reported as "refused". It's a lie. It appears they were just too lazy to deliver a heavy package. P/O website and phone system is totally non-responsive. At a time they (USPS) want public support, this is the the best they can do?

3rd time in a row overnight package has not arrived on time. Last time I had to call the post office in Elmsford to get someone to deliver the package that was sitting there. Tracking showed that the package had been sitting there for over 2 hours. Shouldn't all priority express mail get the highest priority?!!
