I went to the Yorkshire location for the first time Saturday September 10th, 2022. I received horrible costumer service. I am speechless at how unprofessional the women at the counter was.

The Postal Service has become slower and slower. Talking with Brad from the Arcade, NY Post Office was not a pleasant experience He was rude and very unprofessional concerning my issue on a late package. And has times to refuse to deliver mail to he PO Boxes in Delevan, NY if your physical address is on the letter or package. To which is ridiculous due o the fact I have to fill out a renewal form every year. Personally the Arcade Post Office needs to be investigated for the rude service and slow service and the way some customers are treated on he phone. He has no problem cutting short and leaving you with unanswered questions. The Postal Service needs a complete over haul now since Arcade gets the mail then Delevan gets theirs from them. To which any mail that use to take 3 days now takes 4-5 days for delivery. There is no reason for such a delay, he community is in an up roar over he slow service and lost mail with no help at all.Plus the waiting time with your 1 800 275 8777 on an average is over 10 minutes. That is no way to deal with people and customers, something needs to be done........ASAP
