Postal Locations

I have gone to this post office quite a few times and you have an employee there that is rude, not helpful, never smiles. He usually works in the cubicle all the way to the left side (my left side). He is a heavy set, miserable man and I’m sure I can’t be the first to complain. I think his name is Robert. He makes your establishment look bad. He needs to go ASAP.

I always have a problem with the post office in Suffolk Ave in central Islip and mail is always late and their cutting my cable electric off

The short Mexican guy there is so disrespectful, I think his name is Robert, he has absolutely no manners, he is not fit to serve the public at all, he needs to be remove , give that post office a bad name

Very unfriendly worker older gentlemen dosen't seem to care to help customers I need help and he answered me as thought I was an inconvenience to help me mail my package. Went to another post office where they were much more pleasant and willing to help me.

I writing to put in a complaint about the postman that deliveries on Brightside Ave, Route in Central Islip. I continue to get my neighbor's mail. The postman refuses to do his job. Today March 20, 2020 the postman gave me all of my neighbor's mail. He continues to do this, which is very irresponsible.

El 28 de octubre compre un buzon para mi correo. y esmas de un mes y no han puesto ningun correo en el buzon.he llamado dos veces y no tengo respuesta que me llaman luego pero no es verdad he visitado la oficina igual no obtengo respuesta que tengo que hacer para conseguir el correo? Discrimination?

Upon my first visit to the post office in Central Islip NY, I was called to the counter by someone who was clearly agitated by the name Michele Gordon a supervisor within the Central Islip Post Office. The reason for me being there was to change my address since I had not done so recently although I changed the address on my license here in Suffolk County New York. I was told by the person to which I live with, that she had changed my address, since that did not seem correct I decided to check for myself if my address had been changed, which it wasn't,thus the visit. Michele again clearly agitated upon my arrival, had a brief exchange of "need some help here" with a co- worker at the counter and thus was agitated before I even arrived. She basically refused to do her job concerning imputing a change of address form into the computer with a supplemental for previous addresses, which I felt was needed. Because of a problem of Identity theft and other issues, which I did not feel at the time I needed to discuss, she refused to accept my change of address with the attachment or the form by itself, handed it back to me and walked away. Thus I asked for her name, since obviously there have been other complaints, Sincerely, Patrick A. Miller
