Just a "Shout Out" and a "High 5" to our Mail Carrier *** Kim !*** She went over and above at certain risk today, accessing a potentially dangerous General Apartment Complex Mail Stop, covered and buried in a lot of frozen Snow. Obviously risking herself for us ALL to receive our Mail! She plowed through it regardless! There was much un shoveled / plowed snow, couldn't even see the Curbs. But not a "couple of Flakes of Snow" was going to prevent her from Delivering...and she did! (In Amherst here we had a good, solid Foot of snow, ice, you name it. But Ms Kim delivers. For the fine USPS and for us, and our mailboxes! We all think she's great , always going the Extra Mile. Thankyou to you all, but especially to Kim!

This post office (Amherst, NY) has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. By the far the worst in Buffalo, NY if not, worst in the country.

I work on Sweet Home Road and the young man and woman who deliver my mail were seen by the mail truck smoking what seemed to be marijuana, when the man came into the office it was a horrific smell. I did ask both for there names and they said Jordan and Taylor and then got into there trucks and pulled off by Favorites Pizzeria.

I was supposed to have mail delivery and package delivery. I got the mail delivery and he said he would be back with the package delivery, which he did not do. On Amazon website it said that the package was delivered.

I guess it would be to much to ask that a government service like the post office answer the phone after 830 when they open to take a call. They can pick up the phone and hang it up but not say hello, such great customer service, thanks for taking my tax dollars and wasting it ,
