I have a complaint that I would like to file re: delivery of mail. For some time, there's been an issue with the mail service. Some mail that should be put in my box is possibly being put in someone else's mailbox, instead of mine. A second theory is that the postman just doesn't put the mail in the mailbox with my name on it (Rogers and Hollingsworth). Either way some of my extremely important/confidential mail is being left in the vestibule, the area above the mailboxes or on the floor for me to retrieve. This area is open to all to access. Important documents pertaining to health, tax forms, financial records, credit card bills and offers, etc. have been left in the hallway.

Nobody will answer the phone here when the post office is open and I am unable to leave a message.
