Today I encountered the rudest, most unhelpful Asian postal worker working one of your windows. He would not help me, and took other customers in line behind me without helping me. I asked his name and he refused to tell me, as he said was his right. I felt discriminated against as i am a Hispanic woman. Another lady in line said that this worker had no idea what he was doing. How can this be acceptable? Please email me back so that we can discuss this further. I needed to pick up my medication today, which was in your Postal location, delivered there by DHL. Thank you, Vilma Fitzgerald Michael Fitzgerald
