I love this branch. There is one employee in Particular that is funny, helpful and kind. Her station is usually at the far right and I ALWAYS look forward to goi g to her window!! She can find any package that her colleagues can’t find, helps one decide what type of delivery option is best suited for one’s needs. She is the exemplary agent of the United States Postal Service!!

I missed the package because the business was closed unfortunately. Never received the redelivery even though I rescheduled. The package has been sitting there for a week and hasn’t been moved since then. I really don’t know what to do. These douchebags don’t even pick the phone.

People of NYC, for a first world town, it is baffling to me why your Civil Service employees are so inefficient, illiterate, daft, and lacking in any discernible evidence of something called “Common Sense”, and/or, pride in their vocation. Oh, and obviously I never need to call this branch, because staff never answers the phone. Nice way to run a business and a Public Service Branch of the US Federal Government. Pathetic lot.

This Post office should be investigated! A package was sent to me this week and was unable to be delivered because I wasn't there. Normally, the Post office is suppose to leave a slip letting the customer know an attempt was made and to pick up your package at your local Post office. I NEVER received a slip and I had to go on line to find out what happened to my package. Also, when you call them they never answer the phone. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!!

Recently I ordered something from Ralph Lauren, this was not my first time. After three weeks , I called Ralph Lauren to inquire about it. I was told that the package was sent back to them because of insufficient address. I never received a slip and the post office never delivered. I asked the customer rep to verify the address that they had and she had the right address. I am constantly losing my mail, my mailman is forever placing my neighbors mail in my box,the other day, he placed a different building number in my mailbox . I had to go drop the mail off to a different building. It is unacceptable. By far , this is the worst post office ever.

Sent a package to my son in Brooklyn, package tracking has it arriving early but unable to be delivered. No pick up slip left. My son went to get his package and was told it was not at the post office. I rescheduled delivery but he has not seen his package. We have been trying to call post office no one will answer or lines are busy. Reported the problem to my local post office in Florida and the postmaster here is also having problems getting in contact with this post office. I am extremely upset and disgusted with the service at this branch.

Beyond frustrated with this office!!!! By far the worst office I've ever been to. Miserable unhappy people who work for a paycheck, not because they love what they doing or because they enjoy dealing with the public. They never make attempts to deliver, packages are always "delivered" and NEVER are. Absolutely RIDICULOUS!!!!
