I have had no real issues with your well operated Jerome Location. However, the Kingsbridge Area has had an exceedingly amount of theft from mail boxes and g-d awful graffiti. The mailbox located at the corner of West 197th and University is a thieves paradise. I personally have experienced theft. I know that the west Kingsbridge mailbox has been re-configured with an different mail slot which I thin will curb the theft should be placed at the aforementioned box. I strongly suggest a thorough cleansing too, the box is full of glue.

They need to close down this location or hire new and professional people who want to work for there salary.... Called and was put on hold for more then 10 min then I hung up to then call back they picked up and hung up on top i called again was placed on hold for no one to answer!!!!!! I am so upset i have a package that claimed to arrive there jan2 and out for delivery and I am still waiting hello today is jan 6th ..... Serious is there a bigger place to report to or go in with cameras and record there service.
It should be "their" not "there" when referring to people.

This people are not professional they never answer the call ....for example I have a delivery confirmation that my package arrived is not here I been waiting all morning see the confirmation no package...i not know what to do
This post office is the absolute worst! Mail has not been here in 3 days and last week the mail came at around 7:30pm. Call the post master general and the locat staion, make compliants. It will get addressed.
they would not bubble wrap and tape up my package, so i had to buy bubble wrap but they wanted to CHARGE me for the tape. wow the people here are so damn lazzyyyyyyyyyyyy I had to go all the way home just to tape up my own shit and bring it BACK to the office to send..unbelievable
