Unprofessional person answered phone, said she didn't like my tone and put me on hold and never picked up and the post office closed. She should be fired!!!!!!!!!!-!! I never received my mail at my new address, they never contacted me, never did anything and now I'm left without my mail for 1 month. Fire whoever answered that phone and left me hanging. Now I know why ...

I hung up and called back, she tells me are you ready to talk know that I put you on hold, really professional, then she tells me she checked and they are holding my mail...youll just have to wait for it...i blew up...i want it NOW....guess what? She put me on hold again and I'm still holding...

This is the worst post office ever. They are lazy and very slow in here. They die on one customer. Time to get rid of those 2 old guys at the counter! Especially the cranky one Charlie. Hes nasty to customers. Reminds me of sara back in the day when she was there.

Does it take practice or is it just natural given ability to earn the label "The Black Hole?" I've got mail currently lost there for 2 weeks now, heck it's probably long gone and stolen by now. Either shut this place down or do a clean sweep and fire everyone and hire new staff from the top down.
