Our postal carrier always leaves the mailbox open so that our mail gets soaked or blows away.

I am writing you in regards to my mail not being delivered. We have have continuous issues with our mail carrier! We have not received any mail since last Friday when Kyle personally delivered it to our house. Kyle is our carriers immediate supervisor. I have been trying to call the post office for the last hour and have gotten no answer! I have been expecting packages that I have paid extra for to get faster delivery and I'm still being refused my mail. I haven't been able to file my taxes because my W2s have been returned to sender. My sidewalk leading up to my front steps is clear and the steps as well so there shouldn't be an issue but yet she still refuses to drop anything off. We are not the only ones to complain about her on our street as many residences are not receiving their mail as well. I would appreciate you getting to the bottom of this and possibly switching our mail carrier. She is rude and swears at us for no reason when we ask her about our mail. 40 dollars came up missing out of our box in January that was in a zip lock bag. Can't really say for sure if she took it or not because I didnt actually see her take it but it came up missing. Is there anyway we could get our mail or be given a P.O. box to avoid further issues!

My husband and I just moved to auburn NY and ever time we order anything that needs to be delivered the post office refuses to deliver our packages and leave them on our front porch and always leaves a invoice that says sorry we missed you note and in the past we have left them with instructions with have we want to receive our packages and they refuse to drop them off on our front porch and we always end up going to the post office to pick them up when we are new to the area. What a total waist of time.

USPS is the worst service. I could understand their complaints if they had some sort of redeeming quality, but I have yet to find one. Their customer service is the ABSOLUTE WORST!!! They make a decent amount of money, one would think they would be somewhat decent towards the taxpayers that pay their salaries!! USPS GET YOURSELVES TOGETHER!!!!!!!!!!! STOP BEHAVING LIKE A BUNCH OF SELF RIGHTEOUS DICKS!!!!
