Why can't this postman get addresses correct and put mail and packages in the correct box??? happens EVERY week!

Why can't the carrier leave packages in the specified lockers. I pay a fee every month and packages are taken back to the post office, sent back to sender, and never redelivered, even when requested. Some of these packages contain Medical Supplies that are badly needed.

I need service done on my wall mailbox at the apartment complex. Can someone please go, I can’t get into the mail. I don’t have time to go to the post office because of job hours. How can we resolve this. The phone listed for this post office NO One answers :(

What happened to my mail and packages? Not getting anything including the junk newspaper stuff. Thank you trump for screwing up the postal system. I guess I will call the USPS robot since nobody answers these.

Cannot deliver the mail to save their life just had a person on a different street over with the same house number deliver my mail to me and then the next-door neighbor had to sort his mail and put some of mine into my box from his. The carrier will drive by through and then a little bit later come back again to deliver more mail that was screwed up.

No one answers the phone. I have temporary mail forwarding set up and I get Informed Delivery notifications about mail I'm about to receive, but my mail does not show up at the temporary address. Instead, I get mail for every previous owner of my residence. Just not mine. Pathetic.

Had notification of package being held at Red Rock Vista Station (Las Vegas). Am out of town and wanted to reconfirm that they will hold and not return to sender. Called post office, message comes on that next available agent will be with me and the line rings and rings then hangs up. I called 5 times and same thing happens over and over . . . How do I get a hold of an agent there directly to insure my package will stay there while I am out of town and won’t get to it until next week? Is customer service not a priority?

Package not delivered at request of customer. Problem is, I am the customer and left no such request. They won’t answer the phone at this branch so that I can be sure this is where the package is. Complaining is of no use because it’s a branch of the government and nobody cares whether they help or not.

The employees that work at this location are a collection of mouth breathing welfare rejects that take pleasure in giving customers problems. I printed a priority mail label but did not have a USPS Priority box, so I drove to the Red Rock location, stood on line for 15 minutes because in the whole huge place only two people were working. When I got to the woman at the counter I asked for a piece of Scotch tape that was in the dispenser next to her. She said "we don't give scotch tape, you can buy a roll over on the wall for $3.50". I left, tore up my Priority postage label and going to UPS. I will never ever use USPS again, I will gladly pay more with FedEx or UPS so as not to fund the employment of these knuckle draggers.

Jodie and Felicia saved the day for me early last month. I've been meaning to give them both a 5 star review for exceeding my highest expectations from the lowest of standards that my local Oceanside Post office and Dana Pointe Post Office couldn't produce. It took me 4 days to reach these ladies who actually care about the customers. My post office said they had contacted them, the Dana Pointe office said they contacted them, it was all lies. I finally got a hold of IC3 division of USPS and the people in Las Vegas responded immediately to intercept a package being delivered at that moment to a customer that had refunded himself once the package was in the post. I watched for 4 days as a package I had asked to be stopped from two different managers at two entirely different locations, was almost delivered and I would have lost a lot of money on that deal. I wasn't able to intercept the package online with usps because the buyer of my item had a empty field in his name, which confused the usps system and blocked any services I needed to use online. So for 4 days I watched this packed make it to LA and not turn around (already talked to 2 managers by this point), make it to Las Vegas and not turn around, and within the dying seconds of the package being delivered, these ladies pulled through like superstars. I actually cried in joy because I lost 8 lbs and barely slept because of the helplessness stress I was experiencing. It was so relieving to know they had stopped the package that two managers failed to do already for me locally. Thank You Jodie & Felicia, I got my package back and resold it for more money the next time around :) P.S. Fred in Oceanside Post office on Avenida Del Oro, I would fire you if I was your boss, you looked me in the eye like you actually cared, took down all my info and never contacted me again, never contacted the post office in Las Vegas or LA when you had the chance, and when I showed up to get my package, you didn't know where it was and you couldn't find it for a day. I do your job better than you! You would never have a place in my business. You're unreliable and embarrassing to USPS.

No one answers the phone when you call them. Had an issue with mail forwarding and could not get anyone to help me.

I have lived in the same house for 20 years. Last week the postal service changed the lock on my mailbox without notice or consent from me. I can't get my mail because the key no longer works. That is total B.S. If you are going to change the lock, you should at least make sure I have the new key. Now I have to take time out of my day to go to the post office to get the new key. Who do I charge for the value of my time? My customers pay $125 per hour. Are you willing to do the same?

We live in an apartment complex that used to let them drop all the packages at the front office (something that annoys people who work and have to wait until the next day). Now that the main office is no longer accepting packages, they simply place notes in every single person's mailbox stating that they can pick it up at the post office. In my recent experience, the package isn't even at the post office the next day sometimes! I wish I could tell Amazon not to use them, because UPS and Fedex don't have these issues at all, they just deliver to the doorstep, but I guess I'm stuck using Amazon Locker when the package is small enough to fit.

This is the worst post office I have ever dealt with in my business life as well as personal. At my workplace, if my normal route person isn't working, the mail is constantly late and I receive mail from other suites. I accept mail for over 150 clients so it is unacceptable. Also our mailbox at home was broken into in our complex and it took them 2 months to get someone out to fix it!!!!!!! So we had to go to the post office weekly and they were constantly misplacing our mail plus we were waiting in line for no less than an hour. Not to mention getting a passport in this office is almost impossible! The level of incompetence and terrible service that this post office offers is unacceptable and I fear for the holidays because I am sure the service will just get worse! Do not use this office if you don't have too. Its more expensive to use UPS or Fedex but atleast you know where your money will be well spent.

I agree with Bob Nyikos that this branch is absolutely terrible. One of the staff gleefully expressed to me that he loves to make people wait as long as possible. No joke. Aside from terrible in-person service, their phone line is always busy, and my mail carrier seems to take special delight in mangling everything he or she puts in my mailbox.

This is one of the worst run branches of the postal service I have ever seen. Under manned counters, long lines of angry Customers, poor service on Express Mail and Priority packages not getting to the destination in appropriate timeframe. But, mostly, the substitute delivery person for our business route does not apparently care if she makes the deliveries. Our regular guy is good but the sub oftentimes does not make it and our business relies on our daily mail.
