I’m tired of the mail carrier not delivering my mail I have informed delivery I had an important document from SSA on April 8,2021 I’m gonna wait until Saturday April 10,2021 than I will be calling SSA and post master General. Last month she put my letter from stimulus in my neighbors mail box I have called the Kings Post office repeatedly on this mail carrier ! The more I report her incompetence the more my mail gets prolonged , missing or in my neighbors mail box . I need that SSA letter that’s a federal document and my personal information.

I am reporting that a box was delivered to my home and left on the steps. It contained a large photograph. The box was obviously mishandled and damaged along the way. The top end was open and there were dents and creases all over the box. The large photo inside was also damaged with the same dents and creases. I had to contact the company that send the photo, and they are willing to make a new copy and send it again. I am hoping that this incident will not be repeated with the next delivery to my 89106-1443 address.

Carrier says he put 2 items in mailbox' ignoring instructions to place over lettersize items over fence gate into secure area. Now item is lost because of inefficient service.package would not fit in mailbox'

I/We aka others in the 89101 area. Issues as follows: No consistent mail person on this route, No consistent hours of receiving mail ie., sometime 11:00 am other times 3:00pm and for instance it’s now 7:30pm and no one on this block has received their mail; another time it was 7:40pm. Why?Mail goes to the wrong address because the mail carrier doesn’t take the time or care enough to check the address on the front of the envelopes; so people end up getting someone else’s legal documents from an attorney’s office or someone else’s SOCIAL SECURITY INFORMATION, someone else’s PERSONAL BANKING INFO, someone else’s UTILITY BILLS....,etc. THAT IS SCAREY TO THINK THAT A GOVERNMENT AGENCY OF SUCH IMPORTANCE is allowing the people They hired to be so blatantly irresponsible. To think about what a person could do with such personal information given to them by a post office employee is frightening. Hire more personal and those with work ethics, morals and values that actually care about what how important their job is to the people of the country and that they are working for a branch of the THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT that affects people’s lives, in so many ways. But something needs to be done, to fix the aforementioned issues, that aren’t something to be taken lightly.

No customer service at all mis scanned packages, Dennis(supervisor) was very rude and just wanted to get me off the phone. 2 packages scanned out for delivery and delivered on a Sunday, then only one came. Then they lied and said our gate was locked they didn't have access.....our gate is broken....they lied I'm filing formal complaint with postmaster

Maya allowed Post Office window to close before 5.20p on 2/17/18, instead of at the published hour of closing: 5.30p, so that floors could be mopped? This is absolutely unacceptable. It is a Saturday in a holiday weekend, and she has the office closing early? Never should this happen, nevermind a holiday weekend. Never.

I have been trying to call the Passport line 702-361-9209 to set up an appointment many times and left many voice messages. I have not received any call back in the past few days. USPS services are getting worst. It explained why USPS is losing business and is going to be "bankrupted"! Please do something to save your job!
