I go to this post office everyday. Sarah and Matt always take care of me. I never have an issue.

On March 18. 2017 at around 1050 hours, I went to this post office to mail a package that had pre-paid postage (and get a receipt for it to show it was taken to the post office). The mail clerk, Sarah, was, as always, disdainful of doing this part of her job. I asked her if she didn't like doing that, she said that she didn't and that it was a waste of her time. Typical. I complained to her supervisor, Dennis. He just looked at me as I was complaining and it was VERY clear that he did not care one bit about her conduct. I obtained the name of the postmaster, Ken, who will be there on Monday around 1000 hours. I will complain to him then. I will see what his reaction is regarding his employees conduct. And what, if any, action he will be taking.

Somebody please give the employees at this Boulder City Post office some customer service training, Sarah in particular. A package I sent from this location Priority Mail ended up in a post office in CA in the snail mail pile. This time, I asked for extra stickers be placed on my package to indicate the status of Priority. Sarah was rude and asked me to move along because of the line. Really? All she had to do was reassure me it would be marked. Give me a break, not attitude.
