I am astounded by the lack of customer service in Sant Fe. I've had better experiences in third world countries! When I commented to a clerk that I had been calling all day every day for ten days to various locations. Emails were not responded to...His response: "Yeah no one ever answers the phones" I've moved on and use a mail box service. USPS will never get another dime out of me.

It is ridiculous that you have to drive all over Santa Fe to find a change of address card. I tried to call each Post Office to save on my drive time and there is not answer. The main Post Office told me to fill out the card online because they didn't have any change of address cards. I will not pay 29.99 to do this crap online!!!!

We have a change of business address and we are not receiving our mail to our new address. Tried calling the Pacheco post office and the phone rings and rings, and then disconnects. Very disappointing, and very bad customer service. Upsetting. We need our business mail.
