I went to the DeVargas mall to get my mail from my PO Box and the mall is closed. How do I and where do I get my mail?

I am appalled at the type of treatment my mother, a small business owner, received this morning at De vargas mall USPS. The man working in passport service insinuated she was stupid for asking if the office was open (extremely sarcastic response). He is vile and has a reputation known at the Pecheco location for being a jerk. Please fire him.

What a shame that the regular employees that were once there are gone, now we have to deal with this woman who has a chip on her shoulder and barks at you like a sargent and some other no smile robot guy.
