The "manager" keeps the extra keys to our boxes at the Sunset apartments apartments and some of the residents have more than one mailbox. I've come in more than once and the whole front is open, 7:30 8:00am. Well before the carriers are there. I find this very disturbing as we are a low income place and many people get their meds and checks and packages. Also the "manager" will re-key them instead of the post office doing it. Many times when people die or leave it's almost impossible to get the key back from the old residents. Lots of breaking and entering the office where the mail boxes are. Sure wish something would be done about this. Many of us can't afford a box at the post office.

February 17,2023 3:00pm. Just went to get my mail. The person who delivers the mail crammed a box in to my mailbox that was obviously to big for the box. I guess they were too LAZY to take it to my front door. How disappointing to see that nobody takes pride in how they do their job, especially when you have a job as a public servant. Thanks for your service.

Our mail is often delivered after dark—after 5:oo. I often check 3 times. We never know when it is going to come. HIRE MORE CARRIERS !! It is dangerous for everyone. Maybe the money should be spread out more.
