My mailbox at Sonoma Ranch was vandalized this morning, I tried calling the post office to report but my calls were dropped after several rings. I went to the post office on Commerce and rang the window doorbell but no one responded. This is my last attempt, The mailboxes are at the Sonoma Ranch Golf Club Road location.

Apartment mailboxes vandalized had to wait months so rented a USPS mailbox still had to go pick up half of mail at desk during pandemic! Mailbox was not small got the impression they wanted to charge you more money! Had address change and they still sent mail to old mailbox! Then they lost key! So had to have lock changed which takes weeks! Went and got a UPS mailbox! I know what they can do with the new mailbox key! Will be switching banks and have just one government agency that has still not gone paperless! In less than seven years will be fully retired and then will be paperless and USPS can FOLD!

We live in Las Cruces, NM 88007, why won't any of your branches here answer their phone? Tried many times at different times and nothing. We can't get our mail box opened and we are trying to have someone fix it.

First I have to say that the people at the postoffice are the most friendliest I have ever encountered in any Staat However it has been the worst experience of getting our mail and getting all straightened out and as soon as we think that they finally got it right yes all is messed up again as if there is a new driver we don’t get our mail and I mean literally even get checked of as delivered but nothing was delivered as we where notified by Amazon of delivery and there is no way that it was taken from our front door as no one comes into our court and we are the only ones living there So maybe dealing with unfriendly postalemploies is better then having the problem of getting our mail straightened out after living here since September Very frustrating and upsetting
