Was suppose to get package in the amil on a very windy day, ended up only getting a slip stating they attempted delivery and there was nobody to sign for it which was a lie because Im home all day and I have a ring camera showing the mail man never got down from his truck and only put my other mail in my mailbox, called the post office and asked about my package and was told that it is a courtesy for them to deliver packages to me and they do not need to get down to deliver, when I told them it is literally their job to deliver USPS mail including packages she then asked me if i was sure i did not already pick up from post office! Very unhappy

Your usps postal service delivered a package of mine to the wrong house in the wrong city. Tracking number 93001109246000000017955279 was suppose to come to 1802 E. College Blvd Roswell NM 88201, but instead was somehow delivered to a mailbox in Deming on Nov 24. I would like for you to track down that package and get it to me. It is a Christmas gift.

Absolutely the worst run post office I have ever been unfortunate enough to deal with. I've been in a lot of towns and sent and received a lot of mail over the years. This isn't a post office, it's a complete effing sham/scam where they steal as much as they deliver.

before the Post lady used to come to my door to give me any boxes or packages now all they do is leave the pink slip in my mailbox saying that they attempted and that's not even true they never attempted to knock at my door for a box or something and it's really getting on my nerves, I have called several times and it tells me I have to wait 30 to 50 minutes I'm there like stupid waiting almost an hour for the call to get this connected out of nowhere what's going on with this Deming post office, they don't answer the phones, they don't go to doors to attempt to leave the packages they just leave the pink letter saying they did a tempt but that's a lie because they didn't I'm serious I'm getting fed up with this post office in Deming it's ridiculous how they operate this darn place this is a small town it shouldn't be that busy I call in the morning and afternoon I called different hours and it's the same darn thing they don't answer their darn phones what are they sitting down scratching their butts or just talking to each other it's unbelievable. They don't answer the doors and the mail people don't do their jobs to attempt to get to their customers, I'm disabled I can't go to the post office every time and that's the reason I tried to call them my package but they never want to answer. Could someone please do something with this darn post office in Deming. They're not doing their jobs good.

Two weeks and an envelope sent from EP, TX, no one knows where it is, according to postmaster if address was not valid and they had a forwarding (which they did) should have been routed back through Albuq, yet nothing. Replacement w/ address provided by recipient dropped into Deming postbox inside building, three days later, recipient still calling to complain about non-receipt. What is it with Deming postal sevice???

I love sending and reveiving Christmas cards, and one of the things I when receiving some letter is looking at the stamp, so I think other people do it too. In the las 20 days I have been going to the post office about 5 times, asking for international stamps. I had been told, we are sorry, we ran out of them, please come back in a few days or next Monday, so I did, several times. Then I was told they will probably would not receiving them until January!! I think that is awful for the people to want to send cards. I feel frustrated for just sending the Christmas Cards with no stamps, I think next year, I would just send emails,I would save time and money.

Did you know that they are now charging $20 for you to change your address online, but it is only good for one month. So if something happens and you havet o move again they will charge you another $20 for the next month!! Outrageous!!!

It costs $1.05 (unless you are paying a third party to "process" it for you, for $39.95)https://moversguide.usps.com/i...

I was expecting a package from usps and we usually get are mail by three in the afternoon. So I waited and waited and tracked the package on the Internet with the tracking number and it was scheduled to be delivered today but they didn't show up and we didn't even get mail today?? We received mail late at times so I thought we might get it around five but when five O'clock came around, nothin. I gave up but I still checked the mail a little after five thirty. The last time I had my SiS check when she pulled in the yard and it was about seven o'clock and the mail box was still empty. I figured I'll just wait till tomorrow just in case there really behind but I checked the tracking number just a while ago (9:35p.m.) and it says that they tried to deliver at six o'clock but nobody was here so they left a note that a delivery was attempted. That's BS because I was here waiting. I was fine with them being late but when someone lies, that is just not good business.

A new post master recently started working at the Deming Post Office and has taken it upon himself to take down the "parcel pick-up 6:15-8:30am" sign on the door. These parcel pick up hours have been in effect for many years--at least as long as I've been living out there--4+ years. When arriving to pick up my packages this morning, he told me that he would no longer offer those hours for locals to come in a pick up packages--then took the sign off the door. It is often very difficult for locals to get to the Deming Post Office during "regular" office hours (8-4:30 M-F) as so many work far from Deming. The early morning pick-up made everything much more convenient. I would like to propose that those who use the Deming Post Office and would like to keep this long established service to please contact the our US post Office in Bellingham, as I have, and voice your disatisfaction with the new post master and complete lack of forewarning before changing a much used service. Please comment if there are other offices/persons I should be speaking to regarding the matter, as the lady who answered the phone at the Bellingham office said "she was busy, but would get to it today or tomorrow". Wow--really impressed with the service of our local post offices; last I heard they were all trying to keep their jobs.Thank you--
