I generally have nothing but trouble with this post office but that has been in regards to mailing things from this location that are never received. However, this time my package arrived at the Whitehouse Station post office at 8:13AM in Friday, 12/2 but, instead of delivering it to me, they sent it to Jersey City Distribution Center. To make matters worse, since Friday, NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE THERE so now I have to pay for a cab to find out what is going on

This is about the worst Post Office I've ever dealt with, the telephone goes unanswered as does the mail go undelivered. The mail person puts packages in the mailbox and then doesn't leave any actual mail?? My mailbox was NOT full even with the 2 packages in it, there was no need for any mail to be undelivered.

Not happy with mail delivery. Called yesterday because our mail keeps leaving our mailbox open and it rained and mail was soaked. So today he delivered mail and again left the mailbox door open . Does this frequently for quite some time now.
