Postal Locations

The worst post office is in Watchung, NJ. I use to have an amazing postal delivery man but they got rid of him and now they never pick up our mail! We are a business in a residential address and it is imperative that mail gets picked up since it's time-sensitive. The mailman will just put the new mail in the mailbox but completely disregard to pick up the mail we have in there. We raise the flag and it's obvious there is mail is there but she/he is too lazy to pick it up. This has been going on for a month or more and I can't find anybody to help me with this problem. We have literally left notes on the mailbox telling the mail person they need to pick up our mail but they continue to leave it inside leaving me no choice but to drive to the post office. Absolutely terrible service! And we pay such high taxes!

IF I COULD RATE LESS THAN 1 STAR I WOULD. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, even the manager was rude!! I mailed food for my son with 2 day delivery to another state on Tuesday and it still hasn’t gotten to him more than a week later! It’s spoiled and still sitting in the post office and they don’t care!! NO REFUND OR ANYTHING. now they expect HIM to drive an hour to his post office to pick up the rotten food. There doesn’t my shipping money, food money, and time/energy. I PRAY TO GOD THESE PEOPLE ARE ALL FIRED FROM THIS PLACE. They don’t explain any repercussions of the process until AFTER your food gets lost in the mail.
