I received a package which was physically and obviously opened. When I went to speak with the manager she acted as though she could care less and as if I was bothering her. She asks, “ Is everything you ordered in the box?” Really? The point is it was opened! She acts as if it is okay. Apparently this happens ALL the time. Believe me, I will be taking this to the next level. This is NOT okay.

Called for 2 hours, some guy who claimed to be a supervisor, who couldn’t speak clearly in the phone was rude and unhelpful kept putting me on hold, my customers box was scanned delivered and it wasn’t delivered and they don’t have an answer. Sounds like someone is stealing boxes in their office. Beware if your box goes through this office, you won’t get much help.

My package made it all the way across the country with UPS. When it got handed off to USPS and set up for delivery today, all of a sudden I get a message, "insufficient address".

For over 1 year I've had terrible delivery. some mail was returned to sender as unavailable. Since 1982 my address has bee 1155 West Chestnut St., Rear Annex Building. some times my mail is left in the main building and someone kindly brings it over.On thursday 7/13/2020 I received a packet of mail that had been mailed from NJ in the first week of June. As of today, 7/24 I have receive no mail since then This service is unacceptable

Called to find out what time they closed today, tax day. Not staying open any later. Elizabeth used to stay open until midnight on tax day. She did not know of any offices open any later. Down town Newark may be open but not sure. Really? You work there, should have this information. Tax Day. No one tells them this? Nonsense...

I see that the parking lot at the post office on West Chestnut St. is still closed for repaving after more than a month. I need my driveway repaved. Can you please let me know who the paving contractor is so I don't make the mistake of hiring them?

On July 25, 2017, I called the 1130 W Chestnut St, Union, NJ 07083 usps location at 4:50PM to check on a package that I'm worried about. Whoever was working that day decided it would be cute to pick up the phone, put me on hold and then leave me on hold until the location closed. I just had a simple question, but I got treated like dog shit just because it was close to the end of the day. I don't appreciate that.
