Postal Locations

So fed up with this post office. I am a small business owner and my outgoing mail is continually not picked up and the incoming mail is consistently out in the wrong mailboxes. I tried to call the post office and can’t speak to anyone. Completely frustrated and annoyed.

I. Ordered stamps two weeks ago, whencan i expect them to be delivered

Postal worker in Toms River is awful stuffs packages in mailbox destroying contents throw package with breakables on front door step. Destroying and having to return merchandise maybe they need classes to keep their jobs!

Continually my outgoing mail is not picked up in our mailbox. I find it laying underneath the delivered mail. How difficult is it to take it out, are they all blind?

So I went to the Toms River post office yesterday. Told the girl behind the counter that my dad died and that I need to change his address. Explain to her that I already put in a change of address, but I’m still not getting his mail . ( no condolences, just unsure of what to do ) I told her I wanted to pick up the mail that the mailman said was sent back. .. and at the post office was holding. The first girl didn’t know what to do… So she sent me over to the second window . Behind the second window, is the most miserable woman I have ever met. She had that casual half smile face on… But the actual attitude behind it was the “. I hate my job attitude. “ She told me I needed to show her my ID. Then she told me I needed my power of attorney papers . (power of attorney ENDS when the person dies. )  I asked her if I could fill out a card to change his address. She said they didn’t have any change of address cards left for me to fill out . So I repeated the entire scenario to her to make sure I was hearing it correctly. “ so you have no cards here for me to fill out… And I need to show paperwork in order to get my dead father’s mail?” Her answer ; “ I said that already“ Rude , intolerable, does not have the correct information about power of attorney. But still refused to give me my fathers mail . Big waste of time .

I had something drop off to you guys to send to me in pa and I never got it what are you guys doing you never do your job right

I am concerned that my elderly Aunt has to walk all the way down her drive to the street to get the mail .. ( the mail carrier drives and drops it off) Can’t she have it moved closer to house ? And they come up the drive? ( I am 2 states always & don’t drive ..)

My package says it was received in Toms River and is waiting acceptance. This was on 12/11. It's 12/15 now, and there is no change in status. What do you guys do during the day that it takes more than 4 days to process a package?

Do we need to file a police report for all of our missing mail? Every time a card is sent with a gift card it is scanned and emailed to us but never ends up in our mailbox this is a reoccurring issue.

I filled out a “Hold mail” request card and a week later mail is still being placed in mailbox per my Ring camera video. Why ????

On 5/17 my outgoing mail was picked up at my address. It contained a sizable check to payoff a credit card. It was addressed to the banks main location in Boston, MA. The payoff check has yet to clear my bank. It has been 11 days. Is the mail still in the pickup vehicle? Still somewhere at the Water St location? Maybe in Trenton assuming it arrived there. Did it leave Trenton for Boston? If so, did it arrive in Boston? There are late penalties involved.

just bought keylock mailbox. person live at this address mail does nt com this address . delivery person hand over the mail to the person who mail does nt com to this address. the delivery person should put mail in the lockbox. please

My mail carrier retired 2 years ago, since getting a new delivery person I am continually getting neighbors mail and neighbors are getting my mail, in some cases I’m getting peoples mail who don’t even live in my neighborhood. I told the driver a few times to no avail, I tried calling but nobody answers phone !!! Nobody cares at the Toms River post office they just tell you they’ll past it on to supervisor

All the time we are receiving package from other neighbors and now I bought a book the company send it to my address and I never received! Please something is wrong with the mail person!

Please give us a different mail person. For the past 3-4 months my neighbors and I have been delivering other peoples mail to their CORRECT location. This is not because of the holiday either. This has been happening too frequently. I have been living here for 35 years and it has never been a problem until now. Thank you.

Today 12/10/20 I received a package and it was left at my gate near the street. I would appreciate it if all packages that were delivered or placed up on my porch or in the mailbox thank you. Have a happy holiday and stay safe.

Once again -- where in heaven is my mail?!?!?! How many days can you mess up mail delivery in Pine Lake Park before I contact my congressman???

Why wasn't my mail picked up yesterday or today??? We had no mail in my neighborhood yesterday either...what gives??? It was not a holiday!

Below is the information I have on a package I ordered tracking number 4200875392748927005303010110836870. As you can see it arrived in Toms River and was quickly sent off to Camden where it sits waiting for me to pick it up - saying it's at my request!!!! I don't have a car so I would NEVER make such a request. I've tried to get information with several phone calls to you, Camden and USPS main number. I have spoken to no humans and have no answers. I want the package delivered to me in Toms River where it should have been delivered in the first place. What is going on? Toms River, water street. Toms River. Never answered phone. Did email and no call back. Worse ever. Forked river called me right back.

I did not receive any mail on Saturday. On Sunday night, there was a large bulk of mail in my mail slot. I soon learned that my Saturday mail was delivered to the wrong address. This was not the first time that my mail was delivered to the incorrect address. However, this time my 2020 Electoral Ballot was part of the mail delivered to the wrong address. So much for the security of mail in voting.

Why is mail not being picked up from the box or the returns

Worst post office on the face of the earth. My COLA form was not delivered to me, everybody got theirs but me, I have no choice but to file a complaint with the postmaster general. The stamps keeps going up and the service keeps going down.

I get my medicine thru the mail yesterday 11-4-19 my carrier left my mail at my address but my meds next door at an unihabited house that's for sale.my address was the same on the meds as on the other mail.good thing I had a hunch and looked next door.the post office SUCKS!!!

Lazy employees. Had a box I bought off eBay sitting for 3 days in there post office never moved Then was sent back to original sender. I never got package got a refund from eBay. Then yesterday 10/30/19. Waiting for another package. Postman puts “ can’t access delivery”. WTF. There was no issues within a 5 mile surrounding. ..... but I got my regular mail!!! And my package should have been with that mail. They are Lazy incompetent employees is taxpayers waste out money on. I’d like a job there to help everyone get their package but that job is more of a race card thing nowadays. Sad. The USPS has gone to crap

For the last three days, we have had part of our mail delivered to our neighbor at 1513 Burr Oak Rd., instead of our address: 1517 Burr Oak, Toms River, NJ 08755. Please ask the postal carrier to be more careful. At least two important pieces of mail would have been mis-delivered if the neighbor was not accommodating. Thank you.

Waiting on my meds for 6 days now since mailed out from bayville to here in toms river been suffering severely from withdrawal now i goes spend the 18th my birthday suffering more then ever and these meds are for my severe mental disorders.

When you have been missing important mail for over a week and walk down the street to find the mailbox of an empty house with handfuls of mail, there is a problem on Oxford St, and Summit East for that matter . I have mail in my mailbox from Dell St, and a different address on Oxford, but nothing that belongs here. I have a 3:50minute video to show whoever is in charge. The mail carrier tells you he has nothing, but don't even know addresses when they are clearly posted on both sides of the mailbox, and house. something needs to be addressed, there are checks, bills, and other pieces of mail with personal information just being distributed wherever they want... No mail since Friday...what’s going on...waiting for medicine

Monday 1/9/18 no mail delivery. If you have a website and if your not going to deliver mail place it on that site. I would have taken my outgoing mail to the postoffice myself if I have known of any problems. What happen to the postal service motto?

Phone is always busy. Cannot get through.

I would like to know why, when I leave mail in the box to be picked up and raise the red flag, why our postal carrier puts in the new mail and often fails to take the mail to be delivered??? How can a postal carrier not see mail in the box that is to be picked up? It is no wonder people are turning to email and bill paying on line - the postal service is not only outdated but inept!!

I have been waiting for a package since 8/15/17 was the expected date from amazon which was suppose to be delivered by USPS called tried [number removed]785 BUT nothing moved since 8/15/17. Women USPS I spoke to couldn't help me it was lost in somewhere in Toms River....but can't put claim in until 8/29/17 if it doesn't get here. What kind of help is THAT!! Kid won't get her birthday present THANKS

My mail delivery person is refusing to deliver my mail because a car is five feet away frrom the mailbox, claiming 'receptacle is blocked'. I demand she be fired for not doing her job, plus charged with a federal offense.

Twice I've had a problem with my mail carrier not picking up my mail on Tilton Ave, STR. This is causing a problem, especially when it comes to payments being received late. I'm not happy having to make late fees.

I watched the mail truck come down Davenport Rd. With the flashing lights on. I had outgoing mail in my box since 9am this morning. The girl drove right past and went at least 2 blocks down, turned around and delivered mail on the opposite side of the street. I yelled across that she didn't pick up the mail and she motioned like she was going to turn around and deliver but flew back up Davenport out of sight, I'm assuming heading to your facility. This person should be fired for not doing their job and 2 or 3 blocks of people didn't get any mail today! I'm furious that this young girl is so fricking inconsiderate!!!

This place never answers the phone had me on hold for 10 mins then hung up on me. Packages were never received, they tried to tell me i was not home ( when i was) . Then they tried to switch up the story saying i moved. TERRIBLE service.

Once again the postman returned important letters, marking them not at this address. I have lived here for over 30 years. Thankfully, when the letter when returned, the person called me. This was in regards to a Hurricane Sandy issue that needed to be resolved. I have house numbers on my house, mailbox and a stone on the front lawn. The envelope indicated the correct address. The mailman apparently just did not want to deliver it. Of course, I have tried to call and speak to a supervisor but line always busy.

Phone is always busy. Cannot get through. If this was not tax-payer funded they would be out of business.
