We really needed a document delivered Friday but our Ring doorbell shows the delivery lady pull it out of her bag, scan it and NEVER RING OUR DOORBELL FOR THE SIGNATURE! She didn’t even give us a chance to get to the door! Just put it back in her bag and walked off. So annoyed!

On Sat. Nov. 12 our mail was thrown over our fence onto an uncovered walkway. It was after dark and raining. Some important mail was soaked. I expect better from the Summit Postal Service.

I booked for an appointment for my girls passport at 1pm and I was there at 12:50. I booked 1pm because my girls have zoom class at 1:30 and that was the only appointment that could fit their schedule. I waited for my turn at 1 and to find out that even 12:30 appointment was still waiting. The guy there is very slow, there should be 2 people doing this job. He too slow, the other time my sister had the same problem. Something needs to be done pls.

I have not received any mail delivery on Springfield Ave on January 30, Feb 1, 2, 3, 4. At first I thought this has something to do with the winter storm. But now this is unacceptable. I have tried to call the Summit post office at 61 Maple St but no answer. I have tried to call the USPS 1-800 # but there is a 2 hour wait to complain. All I really want is my mail delivery. How can we solve this ??

Twice recently I went to mail letters at the post office box in the back and to the side of the post office and found the collection box stuffed so full that it was not possible to put more letters in. It seems to me that this time of year, that the post office staff should empty it more frequently. It was a very insecure feeling seeing letters sticking out of the slot for anyone to steal.

Why is it that are mailed is not delivered every day. I live on Henry Street in Summit, NJ. We got NO mail delivery yesterday and this is not the first time it has happened. And when it is delivered, sometimes in comes at 6 pm and then other days at 9 am. There is no consistency.

Back in March I asked for my mail to be stopped for a five day vacation and it was not done. This past Friday I got confirmation that a package was delivered and it was not. Yesterday I got confirmation that two packages were delivered and they were not. It is not uncommon for the post office to skip delivery after a holiday Monday to my street. It seems as if they think it is a choice not to deliver mail. Now it seems like they are also dealing with a thief if they confirm deliver receipt and the items aren’t here. I was here at the time of both deliveries
