I moved to Somerville in July and I signed up for informed delivery so I could see what was coming. I’ve used the service at my last house and when it said something was coming it came. Not here! When I think Mail is coming, I get nothing at all that day, and it never catches up, I have missed bills and personal correspondence that was supposed to be delivered. Where is my mail?

At my last two visits to the Somerville post office the counter-person was on the phone on an obvious personal call and did not end the conversation through to entire transaction. At my home today, an area of our lawn is roped off due to recent planting. It did not matter to the delivery person who stepped over the rope and walked through the planted area. How about hiring peoople with manners?

I stopped my mail on Fri March 17 till March 24. I went to the post office and handed the form to the worker at the counter. I have watched my mail be delivered EVERYDAY while I'm away. WTF IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE??? I even had the Raritan PO call you and she spoke to a supervisor at Somerville and they assured me it would be held. And yet today I watch on my camera the Mailman stuff my mailbox.

After going to the actual Post Office on a few occasions wondering why the mail was not being delivered to the Somerville Education Office at 2 Division St., suite 10, literally 60 yards from the post office, I was assured it would be taken care of. Some mail did start to get delivered, but the association was still missing essential bills and other correspondence. I did finally see a bank statement along with other mail for other businesses sitting in a pamphlet shelf for the Navy Recruiting office in the lobby. This was financial information that could have been easily stolen, some probably already has, for the SEA and other businesses in this building and others in town that the person delivering it was too lazy to actually deliver. I will be stopping at the Post Office again this afternoon.

The customers located on Davenport Street, within the Month of October, 2019 have been receiving their mail incomplete according to the their address. They are experience getting other people's mail and not receiving their own mail. Sometimes their mail will show up a day later or not at all. I personally, never got my October's monthly bill and the company call me. I incurred a late fee and this affected my credit rating. I always pay on time. This is an issue that must be resolved. Mail should be delivered directly to the address on the envelopes, etc. Thank you. At this point a very unhappy customer. I am interested in a position with USPS. Is it truly necessary that I purchase pre-test kit in order to qualify for a position? When will the date of the postal exam be published?

Nice web page!
I was actually looking for days you are closed for holidays.
I suppose I'll have to hunt for it. It would have been nice to see it on this page too.
Just a thought .....
