Postal Locations

Our mailman holds onto our packages when he doesn't feel like delivering them. I have an app that keeps track of where the package is and I've noticed that my packages sit on his truck for days at a time until he feels like dropping them off. He writes "dogs outside" on envelopes when he doesnt feel like walking up to the mailbox because he left us a warning slip that we need to move our mailbox to the street or else he wont deliver to us anymore. So since we found out that he cant do that he has been giving us so much trouble just to get our packages from him. My boyfriend gets live animals delivered by mail so sometimes they cant sit on the truck for days but they do. Yesterday we received a soak and wet package with dead crawfish because someone crushed the package and the bags of water burst, killing the crawfish and making the package soak and wet. I have never had such a careless and petty mailman before. He is one of the reasons we are moving out of this area.
