One word.. TERRIBLE: They do not bring Cash On Deliveries to my front door, even when chosen to be. There is no possible way to speak with a LIVE REPRESENTATIVE over the phone. I have been waiting for LIFE SUSTAINING EQUIPMENT for at least a whole week for my wife and they have not delivered it yet. And the tracking information continuously states the shipment is running late.

I have no problem with our letter carrier. I believed he is doing a great job. I would not want his job I a million years. 👍

We used to have a great guy doing our mail now we have a someone who's bringing it 1 1/2- 2 hrs later. If she can't handle the job maybe put her on a lighter shift. Call office and they made excuses. I've lived here 15 yes, this is incompetence.
