they used to be customer focused. No longer. Line could be out the door with multiple postal workers in plain sight. They leave one person to deal with customers until someone in line askes for HELP! Forget about calling the office. they will let the phone ring and ring. You can hear the phone ringing but no one even looks at it. obviously there is no supervsion. too bad... they used to be respected..... Mail carriers are good

I live at Bergenwood Apartments in North Bergen and the mail man/women are carelessly always putting the wrong mail into everyone’s boxes even though the boxes are labeled inside and out with the names of the tenants. I Always used to look at the United States Postal Service as a organization that work with integrity and pride but I guess the times has now changed in the standards at diminish

I received from Mail recovery Unit NJ Network Distribution Center apology letter for loosing my Mail Package , I paid $ 59.15 postage plus parcel of cookies in tin box. I used 1800-ASK-USP and Www.USPS.com , no answer. Date sent:05/18/21 To: 3529 VILLERO CT Pleasanton CA 94566-2108 Please I need help in getting back my money I paid.
