Employees lying about being supervisors.. the carrier shafante comes to the window being very rude faking like she’s a supervisor ( I know she’s a carrier because she worked my route and was still in uniform) not allowing me to see manager. I hear the manager in the back saying she don’t feel like coming up and she hates this job. All I wanted was information on my mail.

I had not received mail since 1/30, finally I received mail on 2/6 for 2/1 for 2/6 on 2/8..still missing mail from 2/2, 2/3, 2/4, 2/5..why is there a gap? Is someone holding my mail....I get the bad weather, but why the gap?

My mail is always being sent back by the carrier despite my telling him to put it in box or notifying- also it's sent back and kept in post office until I ask for it with important documents and legal paperwork.

The service at this post office is beyond terrible, I purchased a PO. box in August, the keys to the PO Box never worked and I can't get anyone from this Post office or the Post office in general to address this problem or straighten it out. I keep getting the runaround..... and this Post office, the "Vailsburg Office" won't even answer the phone.Ive been calling for months. PS I need help.

I have been tracking a package that arrived at this office 7/3/20. It is now 8/6/20. No slip in mail box. I'm going there after work to see if it is there. Your tracking says that it is. This place is horrible!!! Arguing with customers is beyond poor customer service. I have another package coming and it better come through our I will reach higher than this email. Post Master General

I received my notice to come to the vailsburg post office to come pick up my delivery, after arriving their and standing in line for 45 min I got to the window and i was in former that he could not find my package he took my phone e number down and told me he would call me when he asked the mail carrier were it was because he had no idea . That was Saturday 5 -8 -2020 and today is Tuesday the 11th and still no call , if had problem s in the past with this post office were my package have come up missing. And when I've spoken to the Supervisor about this , my package still doesn't turn up , so now this is the 5th package that looks look like it might not show up . The worst service ever! The guy over the counter is so rude! He clearly does not like his job and always says "I do not know" when you ask him a question! He is thinking only within his discriminating box of mind and does not try to help or support a customer! Luckily the other lady was very helpful, but I would avoid going to this guy. He treats everyone like a trash! Overall it feels like 20th century mail system over there with them. They do not deliver at the door and if the mailbox is small you are not getting your package delivered to you no mater if you paid expedited shipment fee or prime customer! It sucks, you guys need a revolutionizing change! I know I will do everything do avoid your service at all costs!

Deliveries of boxes and packages have been difficult. Pink slips have not always been placed in mailboxes by the mail carrier. Prior to that attempts to deliver have not happened often. Some workers at this post office are professional. While others are rude, disrespectful and hand out wrong packages because they do not pay attention to the tracking number.

I do not know the quality of people that are now being accepted for mail delivery, but it is beyond ridiculous & it's not even the "holidays." It seems to be traditional not receive a couple of pkgs. during the season. But I had 2 pkgs. w/in 1 wk. that the post office said they couldn't deliver, & 1 that was supposedly delivered but I never rec'd. it. I got an email from EBay to either schedule a re-delivery or pick up 2 of the 3 items. The other item was apparently stolen by the postal staff, again, & I have to re-order from Macy's. Thank goodness I get no grief from them when I explain what happened. I have a post office issued lock box to get into the house to leave pkgs., so how can it be stated that it was unsuccessful in delivery? Also, notices are no longer being left to indicate an attempted delivery. The wk. was dry w/no gale winds or monsoon rains to blow any notice off the door. FedEx, UPS & now these little independent deliverers who showed up on a Sun. are fabulous. I am really disgusted w/USPS

I am still awaiting a very important mail fi which a sticker was left on my door. I went to the post office three days in a row befor the Columbus Day holiday and no one can find it. Spoke to the carrier who asked me what do I want her to do. This package has to be found. I am trying to call and the line is permanently busy. This is getting worst. Two years ago my package which was registered to a government agency with a check never got there. This post office needs an overhaul.

This is the 5th time I'm looking for a package that says delivered. The funny thing is, I left my back gate open so that it could be delivered at my doorstep since I already have a notice in front stating that. But no USPS will never read and follow instructions. I've had to fore go sine of ny packages that were not delivered but this one, I choose to follow it to the end. As early as 8am tomorrow, I will be at your office waiting to pick it up and please I don't want to hear stories. This is getting too much. Meanwhile UPS, FEDEX AND THE REST ALLWAYS DELIVER. BUT USPS ONLY DELIVERS MAILS AND NOT PACKAGES.

There is a cancer at this post office your priority package is never delivered to your house while tracking your package you will see a post that say no secure location to leave package and a notice has been left and you're home awaiting delivery .there's no notice in your mail box it will come the next day with the mail carrier and back dated.filing a complaint with the station master is like (throwing water on duck back) no one is held responsible

good moring , I called the vailsburg office this morning and the lady who answered was very abrupt ,nasty ,put me on hold I have now been on hold 20 minutes .on hold as I type this e=mail. I just want to know if thereis a package there for me

Absolute garbage. I can't remember the last time I ever received a package on time, or better yet, I can't even remember the last time I had one delivered to my residence. They always lie and say there was an attempted delivery. You end up having to go there and pick up the package yourself. When you do go there to pick up the package you cannot receive it because then they tell you it's still on the delivery truck.
Total trash tier service!
