I recieved packages at my old address in Newark, NJ and was never rerouted to my new address even after i completed an address change. Bad customer service.

Where can i submit a complaint? I am not getting alot of my mail at my address, sometimes my mail is opened, sometimes a neighbor will get something and bring it to me. This has been happening for a long time but I have a hard time finding where to complain. thank you. Ridge st newark 07104
