Hello there I live in New Jersey, New Brunswick to be exact and I would like to inform you guys that at Powers st , mail has not gone to its rightful place.. Now I understand if it happened once or twice, but again I would like to inform that all week it has not... Luckily within our neighbors we all kinda know each other and have been able to rightful give each other our rightful mail... Please help us and address our our complaints. Thanks Franklin Gadea..

Call the customer care number.....you really need to rethink the name it's anything but customer caring. Automated system replies estimated wait time 45 to 50 minutes!!!! unacceptable hold response time. Also, if you call you local post office number no one picks up the phone! Also unacceptable!!!!

Rutgers street post lady/man never brings packages to door they leave in front and get stolen nice how I pay for someone else enjoyment never get my mail meanwhile I put my apt number have spoken to them on numerous times and still no mail or packages it's disgusting.

2016 another snowstorm.another week no reliable mail at 280 fulton st.
people depend on mail since most have no cars and are on SS or disabilty
was no mail on Jan.25 or 27.today looks like no mail delivered

Re: complaint below.I live here also.today we see the new mail carrier,a woman not even in uniform,
talking on a cell phone.then my mail was in neighbors box.they are nice so gave to us.this is BS.

Fulton Gardens 280 Fulton st.has terrible mail delivery.There is a new mail person every month or so.
Mail doesn't get delivered every day.At least 3 times mail went to a good neighbor.then gave me it.
Imagine how many times a bad neighbor got ,opened or just threw away.this is nonsense.
What is going on?
