This USPS Post office will not drop off packages at my door that weigh 20 lbs! I live in a Mobile Park and I am 72 yrs old and do not drive. I have to walk to the PO mail boxes in the park to pick up my mail. They STUFF boxes that I cannot get out of the little parcel locker and put pkgs in the parcel locker that weigh up to 20 lbs that I have had to carry home! Isn’t there a pkg weight limit for putting a parcel in a locker?? I have also gone to pick up pkgs in my mail box and parcel locker that are supposed to be there and are not there! I have had to call them because they mark the pkgs as being delivered but the pkgs sit in their trucks for days!

For three days I am notified my anticipated parcel will be delivered by 2100 hours. Not so. Does anybody in this office know anything?

Whoever delivers mail to Fairview manor constantly puts my mail in the wrong box. My email tells me what’s coming to my box but it’s usually not there I either have a neighbor bringing it to me if it’s not something they want to steal, or I never get it.

I have a tracking number 9500 1132 5802 1075 5576 33 and it says it will be delivered at 9:00pm. I want to know if that is correct. My address is 3839 Jamesmoore Rd. Port Norris NJ 08349. It does not need to be sent back to Tennessee. So if you could locate it please bring it to the address above asap.

I’ve been ordering from Ipsy for over a year and never had a problem, I got my package today and it was already opened and stuff was missing from the package. My mom ordered curtains a few weeks back and on the tracking information, it said it was at the post office and when calling the post office to ask why it was taking so long to be delivered, the man was super ignorant and nasty with her and told her they were not at the post office. She contacted the seller and the seller had to send out a whole new package. Quite a few people have been missing packages and nothing is being done about it.

So nice that the mail carrier dropped off bags to collect food for the food bank. I put a bag of canned goods out on Saturday morning and here it still sits. Why do a can drive if you are not going to pick them up

For the past three days the mailbox door was left open after delivery. Ask the carrier to close it.

Not a well run office. Have had the same problem for almost a year, delivering my mail to a nearby business and vice versa. The post master keeps claiming its fixed, and then every day I have mail that does not belong to me. The employees can't be bothered to answer the phone and are generally rude just telling you to call back later, because they "can't help now". Getting seriously outraged, it should not take a year to fix a problem.
