Because of someone is parked near my mailbox, example: another delivery company, pet grooming van, or a quick drop off.. the USPS mailman not mail woman just passed our house. I know we have mail because he slows down and knows his head and starts driving to the next door house. You just need to stop a few feet ahead and make an effort to move one leg in front of the other. It’s called walking. I know the stupid regulations of not getting out of the vehicle, but you do it for larger packages. I’m just saying, that spot is not reserved for mail people. It’s a public spot and we can’t control the neighbors from when they have visitors and park near purr mailbox. Get over yourself.

We have a newsletter that goes out every other month. A percentage of them are never delivered and come back to us still in shrink wrap. This is unacceptable since we are paying first-class postage.

This is not a review, but a question. My mail is supposed to be forwarded but my informed delivery says that two packages, on different days, have been delivered to my home address. What can I do?

Mail carrier for Hunter Chase apartments is very rude, knocks on my door without a mask to argue about circulars I refuse to accept. She is not friendly and extremely arrogant. We are in a covid-19 pandemic that behavior is very risky coming to a tenants door without a mask.

first, my hold mail for 2+ weeks was not honored....it was shoved into my mailbox until the mail carrier asked a neighbor....why didn't she check at the post office to see if there was a HOLD MAIL??? now I am missing 2 pieces of mail which I should have gotten last Friday, May 28....this new mail carrier does not know her job....and a letter to the Postmaster at this location has netted me no reply.....is there nobody listening?????

Both Amazon and the post office said my packages (2 small ones) were delivered on 4-19-2021. It is now 4-21-2021 and I never received them. I have very long tracking no.s and it says it was delivered. I called Marlton post office over five times and no one picks up. Its frustrating as the items sent are very hard to get due to the Pandemic. I need these items. Please email me to tell me what items. Do.

GOOD DAY TO ALL, THERE HAS BEEN A SMORGASBORD OF MAIL DELIVERY PERSONS OVER THE LAST FEW MONTHS AT OUR ADDRESS. 19 OVERINGTON AVENUE MARLTON, N.J. WE HAVE BEEN RECEIVING OUR MAIL LATER THAN 7:00 PM MANY NIGHTS. THIS SEEMS TO BE MISMANAGED AND HAS TO REQUIRE OVERTIME IF I WERE TO TAKE MY BEST GUESS. SOME TIMES A DELIVERER WILL ONLY DO ONE SIDE OF THE STREET, WHICH MUST BE COSTLY. THE UNFAMILIARITY COULD BE CAUSING DELAYS, ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY ARE OUT THERE IN THE DARKNESS. THERE ARE NOT CURBSIDE BOXES AT MOST HOUSES. CAN WE PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS? THANK YOU VERY MUCH, HERBERT S. RENNIE LISA A. BUSH RACHEL F. BUSH

Address change for son and now my mail is being forwarded to my son's address. We use different middle initials which is clearly marked on each piece of mail and the change of address. This is so annoying. Causes delays in payments.

The Cluster Box in front of 235 Crown Prince Dr, Reynard Run, Marlton, NJ, had been laying on the ground for about two weeks. Don’t know if it was backed into or was vandalized.

On Saturday, June 10th, the mail carrier was making several delivery mistakes. If I had not happened to go out for my mail while she was in the area I would not have gotten my mail. I had my neighbors mail and another neighbor had mine. Heaven knows how many other mix ups there were. She definitely didn't seem to know what she was doing. I wish you would be more careful who you give the responsibility of delivering important mail. I have been awaiting a check and hope that it was not delivered somewhere else. Please correct this problem. Our regular carrier, Mary, is always reliable and aware of her postal customers. She is to be commended for excellent service. This person today had no idea what she was doing. I wouldn't be surprised if you were to receive other complaints. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I know this is going to sound stupid but if I leave a letter in my mail box for mailman to take, do I have to put the red flag up?
