I placed an order with Amazon for Sunday delivery. No package arrived at my address. On Monday, I began checking other buildings in my condo complex. I found it this morning in the mail room of another building. This is not the first time this has happened. In order to avoid any further issues, I also began to include my building number in my address. Apparently this doesn't matter to the post office. What does it take to get accurate deliveries? I cannot, and should not, have to go on a hunt for my mail/packages when they are delivered incorrectly. Oh, and phone calls to the post office are unanswered.
AWFUL SERVICE. MAIL SOMETIMES GETS DELIVERED TO WRONG ADDRESS, IN MARLBORO GREENS ADULT COMMUNITY CENTER, AND CERTIFIED MAIL THAT REQUIRES A SIGNATURE GOES TO THE COMMUNITY CENTERS P.O BOXES INSTEAD OF MY DOOR, LEAVING A PINK SLIP SAYING I AM NOT HOME.

They are rude and lazy. Horrible , my mail has been opened and stolen by these people. They deliver my mail to other people a couple blocks over ( I know because gotten letters redelivered to me with comments on them to postal carrier ) and I get other people's mail. Called all postal numbers to complain and all get is case numbers , nothing done. They say important mail was delivered to me , wrong. Scanned somewhere , but not here. Always a pink slip in box to pick something up , already filled out before and just tossed in box. I even saw delivery person checking mail , reading address and name , and still put in my box and it was wrong name and not even the right street. I stopped USPS for delivering to customers. Done with them , took my box down today , now they have legitimate reason why they can't deliver my mail correctly , well besides being dumb and thieves.
I am being a mail man for 10 years I never open or stolen any mail, every peace of mail that I delivered go to the right address I understand that are carriers who don't do their job, but remember they are great people who work here and care

Awful customer service! I was told they attempted delivery on dec 8 and left a slip..no attempt (I was home) and no slip left. I have tried calling everyday since then to locate my package ( tracking says it's there) and they keep telling me they need to check with the carrier and to call back. I have placed a complaint in with consumer affairs as well as the supervisors. I am so unbelievably frustrated with this office and their lack of knowledge and respect. I understand that it's the busiest time of year for them and I am sure they are working hard but I've been patient long enough.Still waiting for package...and answers ??
my package was delivered by UPS to the Manalapan post office. It said it was delivered, and we still have not received it. Tried calling the post office multiple times in a row, no one will answer. Disgraceful, and exactly why I never ship via USPS!!! ever!!!!
Awful service! Scheduled a pickup service they never came to get the packages they just cancelled the pickup. Now I had a delivery that req. a signature, I wasn't there so they left pink slip for re delivery, I filled it out and they picked up the slip, days later and they still haven't redelivered my package.
