Really useless customer service , I called this post office to figure out where my package is as it’s showing and picked up and yet it was never picked up , this horrible lady keeps insisting she doesn’t have a computer and can’t really help me. What’s the point of her being there

The lady that work at the Liberty Ave sub station is very disrespectful, i have a PO Box there and today she she have me wait for 45minutes and then told me "I cant look for your mails now". mind you there were no customers there at the time she was paying her personal bills while sitting at the window.

I was in this post office on Monday May 23, @4:27pm. Clerk 12. We went through our transaction amicable and I asked her if she takes back the stamped mail. She said “no keep it moving and everytime you come in the post office you give me attitude.” I am new to Hillside and lived here just two years. I have been to the post office three times and I have never had an altercation with any staff. I find this very disappointing and disrespectful. Something needs to be done to improve customer relations

Hi... Was it Liberty or Hillside Avenue? Both of them are below average in my opinion. The clerk on Hillside Ave. is old and impatient. She obviously needs to retire. And not to mention, they are slow as hell!

This post office is very unprofessional. On the door is shows the store hours and the amount of people they’re willing to assist at a time. There’s no sign indicating reps breaks! There’s a line outside of the post office not knowing what’s going on due to the door being locked for serval hours. It’s concerning knowing that others felt like this location is poor at customer service and needs to reevaluate who they hire to attend to people’s needs. I understand representatives have to take breaks, but keep in mind the customers needs to know what’s going on. There’s no signage or anything indicating of such. It’s reaching to the point where as I had to contact the post office supervisor to alert them about the poor and lack understanding of attending to customers especially during a pandemic. This issue needs to be solved in a time orderly fashion!

Rondel The clerk at the liberty Ave office seems to make up her own rules and is the most disrespectful customer service person I have ever encountered in my 62 years. Yet you haven’t done anything about her. I know you have to have received complaints. As the son of a former east cost regional manager for 2nd class mails I know this person would have never been able to treat customers in the manner she does. Utterly shameful.
